    Program Terms & Conditions

    Last updated: 13 June 2026

These Terms outline how Quadrivium collects and protects personally identifiable information (PII), the obligations of learners, and the boundaries under which our AI and technology programs operate. Please read them carefully before submitting any enrollment form or payment.

    1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any Quadrivium Infolabs Pvt. Ltd. program, attending an event, or submitting your personal information through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms govern all digital properties, instructor-led sessions, assessments, and community interactions facilitated by Quadrivium ("we", "us", "our").

If you are completing enrollment on behalf of a student under 18 years of age, please read Section 2 carefully. Enrollment of a minor is only valid when completed by a parent or legal guardian.

    2. Minor Enrollment & Parental Consent

Under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, a person below the age of 18 years is a minor and is legally incapable of entering into a binding contract. Any agreement purported to be made directly by a minor is void ab initio. Accordingly, enrollment in any Quadrivium program for a student under 18 must be completed exclusively by a parent or legal guardian acting in their own name and capacity.

By completing enrollment and payment on behalf of a minor, the parent or legal guardian: (a) confirms they hold legal authority to act on the minor's behalf; (b) agrees to these Terms and accepts full legal and financial responsibility for the minor's participation; (c) provides verifiable parental consent for the collection, processing, and storage of the minor's personal data as mandated by Section 9 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"); and (d) consents to Quadrivium contacting them via email, SMS, or phone regarding the minor's enrollment, progress, and any program updates.

Quadrivium reserves the right to cancel an enrollment and issue a full refund if it determines, at any stage, that a minor has enrolled without valid parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly permit minors to self-enroll, independently submit personal information, or independently enter into payment transactions on our platform.

Parents and guardians may withdraw their consent at any time by writing to info@quadrivium.in. Withdrawal of consent may result in the termination of the minor's access to the program, subject to applicable refund terms in Section 7.

    3. Program Enrollment & Communications

Enrollment is confirmed only after we receive accurate contact information, any required documentation, and applicable payments. We may communicate with you via email, SMS, messaging apps, or phone to share onboarding details, academic updates, billing reminders, or regulatory notices.

You consent to receive these service-related communications. Marketing messages will only be sent where legally permitted and you may opt out at any time without affecting access to core service announcements.

    4. Collection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

We collect PII such as your name, email, phone number, address, professional background, payment identifiers, and course preferences directly through our website forms, chat assistants, or offline registrations.

For training analytics we may also capture assessment responses, attendance history, device/browser metadata, and learning progress. All PII is collected with purpose limitation, meaning we only gather what is required to deliver the requested service and comply with law.

    • Identity data: full name, guardian name (where applicable), date of birth, organization.
    • Contact data: email addresses, telephone numbers, postal address.
    • Transactional data: invoices, UPI references, bank transfer proofs (masked), scholarships.
    • Learning data: assignment submissions, progress reports, certification attempts.

    5. Use of Information

PII is processed to onboard you into cohorts, create learner accounts, personalize curriculum, enable customer support, and meet statutory retention rules. We may anonymize and aggregate usage patterns to improve content or publish placement statistics, but such insights will not identify you individually.

We do not sell PII. Limited sharing happens only with vetted processors (payment gateways, LMS vendors, proctoring partners) bound by confidentiality clauses and data processing agreements.

    6. Data Storage, Security & Retention

All digital records are stored on ISO 27001 or SOC 2 compliant infrastructure hosted within India or trusted international data centers with equivalent safeguards. Access is role-based, logged, and reviewed on a need-to-know basis.

Academic and financial records are retained for up to seven (7) years unless a longer period is mandated by law or required to defend legal claims. You may request deletion once statutory obligations expire; we will respond within 30 days subject to legitimate interests.

    7. Payments, Refunds & Transfers

Fees listed on the website or shared over email are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are non-transferable between learners unless Quadrivium approves a substitution in writing.

Refund eligibility is defined in the specific program brochure or enrollment letter. Processing timelines depend on the original payment method. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team may lead to suspension of services.

    8. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

All courseware, simulations, videos, design assets, and proprietary methodologies remain Quadrivium's intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials for personal learning. Public sharing, resale, or derivative works require written consent.

You agree not to misuse collaborative forums, attempt to infiltrate our systems, or engage in harassment. Violations may result in removal from programs without refund, along with legal remedies.

    9. Learner Responsibilities

Provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of platform credentials, attend the minimum live or asynchronous hours prescribed, and comply with evaluation rules. Employers sponsoring participants remain accountable for ensuring employee compliance with these Terms.

    10. Limitation of Liability

Quadrivium delivers training services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee job placement, salary outcomes, or certification success. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the program giving rise to the claim.

    11. Updates & Governing Law

We may update these Terms to reflect regulatory changes or program enhancements. The latest version will always be available on this page and becomes effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
