Last updated: 13 June 2026
1. Overview
Quadrivium Infolabs Pvt. Ltd. ("Quadrivium", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of learners, parents, educators, and enterprise partners. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the safeguards we employ when you visit our website, enroll in a program, or interact with our support teams.
By using our services you consent to the practices described here. Where local laws require explicit consent, we will request it separately before processing your personally identifiable information (PII).
2. Data We Collect
We collect information directly from you when you submit forms, respond to assessments, or speak with our advisors. We may also receive limited data from referral partners or publicly available sources to validate enrollment details.
- Identity & contact data: name, age, guardian details, email, phone, postal address.
- Academic & professional data: school/company, role, goals, certifications, resumes shared with us.
- Transactional data: payment confirmations, GST/ tax details, invoices, scholarship records.
- Usage data: website interactions, device/browser information, IP address, session duration.
- Learning analytics: attendance logs, quiz scores, assignment uploads, mentor feedback.
3. How We Use Your Data
Deliver and personalize programs, including scheduling live sessions, granting LMS access, and issuing certificates.
Provide learner support, respond to queries, and resolve technical issues.
Send transactional notifications such as enrollment confirmations, payment receipts, deadlines, and regulatory disclosures.
Improve curriculum quality by analyzing anonymized engagement metrics and feedback forms.
Comply with legal obligations, taxation rules, anti-money-laundering controls, and government reporting requirements.
4. Legal Basis
We rely on one or more of the following legal bases: (a) performance of a contract with the enrolling parent or guardian, (b) explicit and verifiable consent, (c) compliance with a legal obligation under Indian law, and (d) legitimate interest in operating and securing our platform.
For students under 18 years of age, we rely exclusively on verifiable parental or guardian consent as our legal basis for processing personal data, in accordance with Section 9 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). We do not process a minor's data on the basis of legitimate interest or contract performance alone.
5. Children's Privacy & DPDP Act, 2023
Quadrivium offers programs specifically designed for students between the ages of 12 and 18. We take the privacy of children seriously and comply fully with Section 9 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), which governs the processing of personal data of children (persons under 18 years of age) in India.
Verifiable Parental Consent: Before collecting or processing any personal data of a student under 18, we require a parent or legal guardian to complete the enrollment and payment process. By doing so, the parent or guardian provides verifiable consent as defined under the DPDP Act. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors without such consent.
Data Minimisation: For minor learners, we collect only the personal data strictly necessary to deliver the enrolled program — typically name, age/grade, and a parent/guardian's contact details (email and phone). We do not collect sensitive personal data from minors beyond what is required for program delivery and legal compliance.
No Profiling or Behavioural Tracking of Minors: We do not carry out profiling, targeted advertising, or behavioural tracking of students under 18. Analytics collected from minor learners are used solely for internal curriculum improvement in an aggregated and anonymised form.
Parental Rights: A parent or legal guardian may at any time: (a) access the personal data we hold about their child; (b) request correction of inaccurate information; (c) withdraw consent, which will result in termination of the child's program access subject to applicable refund terms; and (d) request erasure of their child's data once statutory retention periods have elapsed. To exercise these rights, write to info@quadrivium.in with the subject line "Child Data Request" and proof of guardianship.
Retention of Minor Data: Personal data of minor learners is retained only for the duration of the program and for up to three (3) years thereafter for certification and grievance purposes, unless a longer period is required by law. Upon expiry of the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
6. Data Retention & Security
PII is stored on encrypted servers located in India or trusted jurisdictions with comparable protections. We enforce multi-factor authentication for administrative dashboards, conduct regular vulnerability scans, and restrict staff access using the principle of least privilege.
Academic and financial data is retained for up to seven (7) years or longer if required by law. When records are no longer needed, we anonymize or securely delete them using industry-standard procedures.
7. Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your data. Limited sharing occurs with payment gateways, cloud infrastructure providers, communication tools, proctoring vendors, and placement partners who help deliver our services. Each third party is contractually obligated to process PII only on our instructions and to maintain appropriate safeguards.
If required by law, regulation, or court order, we may disclose PII to authorities after verifying the legitimacy of the request.
8. Cookies & Tracking
Our website uses strictly-necessary cookies for session management and optional analytics cookies to understand content performance. Analytics cookies can be disabled through your browser settings without affecting core site functionality.
9. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your PII, ask for corrections, object to specific processing, withdraw consent, or request deletion after mandatory retention windows. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
10. International Transfers
If data is transferred outside India, we ensure the recipient jurisdiction offers adequate protection or that standard contractual clauses and data processing agreements are in place.
